Geography
Lee is located at 41°47'39" North, 88°56'27" West (41.794240, -88.940951){{GR|1}}. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.6 square kilometer km² (0.2 square mile mi²). 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics
As of the census{{GR.html">population density was 549.3/km² (1,404.2/mi²). There were 125 housing units at an average density of 219.4/km² (560.8/mi²). There were 118 households out of which 37.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.4% were Marriage married couples living together, 9.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.9% were non-families. 29.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.65 and the average family size was 3.36.
