Geography
New Minden is located at 38°26'13" North, 89°22'8" West (38.437008, -89.369011){{GR|1}}. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.7 square kilometer km² (0.3 square mile mi²). 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics
