'''North Canadian River''' is a river in the United States. The North Canadian River is formed by the junction of the Beaver River and Wolf Creek (New Mexico Wolf Creek in northeast New Mexico. It flows through Texas and Oklahoma, past Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 708 km, joining the Canadian River. A seven-mile portion of the river flowing through Oklahoma City was renamed the Oklahoma River in 2004. This portion has several dams that have created a series of small lakes in which rowing tournaments take place (hosted by the rowing team at nearby Oklahoma City University.
