'''Platt Bridge''' is a medium-sized village in
England, two miles south of
Wigan along the spine of the
A573. It is dominated by the impressive stately home
pb Towers.
Ironically known as 'Platt Waz' or 'Platt Vegas' due to its similarity with
Las Vegas, it borders the towns of
Bryn,
Bamfurlong and
Hindley.
It should be noted that pb Towers is a monolithic building that emanates evil, some say it is owned by "The Unnamed One", also known as PB. People believe PB to stand for Please Beg which is precisely why local residents kneel around the structure.

The term "Platt Vegas" is used as an ironical term, because it looks nothing like las vegas. It is a poor town with a high unemployment rate. The major part of the housing is council houses and are known locally as "Gyro City"
