sport, the '''Second Division''' is usually the second highest division of a league, and will often have
promotion (sports) promotion and
relegation with divisions above and below. In some cases, the Second Division may no longer be the second highest division overall in that country, as new leagues can be created above, demoting the Second Division down a level.
