There are many approaches, but generally it can be divided into the artistic and the scientific approaches. It is related to fields such as acoustics, electronic music, electronics, informatics, musical composition composition and psychology. The Royal Conservatory of The Hague has an institute of sonology, and the High School of Music of Catalonia has a department of sonology.
